. A person should drink half their body weight in ounces of water each day. Drinking 1 litre a of Nectar of the Universe Energized Water every day, along with other filtered water for a total of 90 days. Should remove most toxins. Then you would go on the maintenance program where you take 1/7 of a litre of Nectar of the Universe and mix it with 1 litre of filtered water. When drinking Nectar of the Universe it is important to sip a little all day long because your body will stay in perfect balance and total harmony for only 20 minutes the first few weeks you are drinking the Energized Water.
